Contextual stacks

Smart contextual stacks that isolate content based on the workspace that we’re working in.
One example: As a web developer, if I’m using VS Code that’s opened up from a particular directory, it should have a stack for all of the things when I’m in that context.

If I switch to the Arc browser and I’m working on a Lovable project, it should use the URL slug to understand which project I’m on and create a contextual stack for that project as well.
