Key command for pasting without line breaks

Enabling a custom key command like “Ctrl + V + [insert other key]” that removes line breaks while pasting. I do A LOT of copying and pasting from PDFs and pre-formatted documents and am looking for an easy way to paste into my note-taking documents on word or onenote without the line-breaks from the original document.
