Provide more detailed information about the iCloud syncing state

So basically right now we only get like a line that says synchronizing, that’s it. But it doesn’t tell us how many items are left to be synchronized, which item is being synchronized, so we have no awareness or way to understand how long the process is going to take before we can make sure that all our devices are in the same version.
