Add basic annotation tools to image edit mode

At the moment all we can do is rotate the image in edit mode. Many times I need to add an arrow, or underline, or circle something I just screen clipped. Apple only gives those tools when you do a full screen clip, not a partial screen clip with cmd-shift-4 to clipboard. It would be so handy to be able to annotate my image clips in Paste.
